Vlychada Marina, Santorini, 84700, Greece

Nestled above the picturesque Vlychada Marina, “To Psaraki” offers an escape from the crowds and a return to uncompromising quality. We have established ourselves as a beacon of gastronomy, honoured even in 2025 as one of TripAdvisor’s top ten must-visit experiences in Santorini.
Our philosophy is simple:
Sea to Table: Every morning, fishing boats dock just steps from our tavern with the day’s fresh catch.
Farm to Fork: We pair our seafood with fresh vegetables from our own farm and pure extra virgin olive oil.
Cycladic Soul: Using time-honoured recipes, we offer a culinary narrative that speaks to tradition and expertise.
From fresh Ceviche to hearty family meals, join us for flavours that become memories.
Vlychada is arguably one of the most atmospheric corners of Santorini. Far from the bustle of Oia and Fira, the area unfolds like a quiet moonscape—volcanic cliffs sculpted by the wind, soft light, and the calm rhythm of the sea. To Psaraki sits just above the marina, perfectly positioned to overlook the fishing boats gently rocking in the water.
The setting is unpretentious yet undeniably magical. It feels like stepping into a traditional captain’s house—bright, airy, and simple in the best way, making it instantly welcoming. It is the ideal spot for a long, relaxed lunch after a swim at Vlychada beach or a romantic dinner under the stars, accompanied only by the sound of the waves.
We offer three distinct settings to match your mood:
The Veranda: Choose this spot for stunning, direct views of the marina.
The Courtyard: A traditional Cycladic space with white-and-blue lounges, offering a quieter, comfortable setting for gatherings with friends.
The Upper Deck: A lounge area perfect for enjoying a cocktail or a glass of local wine paired with fresh ceviche.

Exploring the Menu: A “Return to Basics”
The menu at To Psaraki is a curated journey through Greek flavours, balancing traditional recipes with modern seafood preparations.
Discover our most loved dishes, featuring the famous Santorinian Cherry-Tomato Salad and Traditional Fava, alongside the delicate Seabass Ceviche and our signature Seafood Orzo with saffron.
Meze is the Greek seaside ritual you can’t miss—small plates of bright, fresh flavors meant to be shared as the sea breeze drifts in. At To Psaraki, pairing them with ouzo, local wine, or a cold beer is the essential way for every visitor to taste the true spirit of Greece.
Enjoy your favourite cocktail or an exceptional wine from our cellar, paired with chilled creations made from fresh fish and seasonal vegetables before your meal, or on their own.
Ceviche: A delicate “Ceviche” of seabass in citrus juice and peppers.
Carpaccio: Fresh fish Carpaccio is available.
Bottarga: For a taste of luxury, try the Greek bottarga of grey mullet with cream cheese and lemon.
Marinated: Anchovies fillets marinated in lemon juice are a zesty option.
Tuna or Salmon Tartare
Salads here are more than just side dishes; they are celebrations of local produce grown on our own farm, where the volcanic soil of Santorini lends everything a deeper, more distinct flavour.
The Santorinian Staple: The Cherry-tomato salad with capers, fresh goat cheese and basil-leaves pesto highlights the intense flavor of the local anhydrous tomatoes.
Fresh & Crisp: A Green salad with apple, cucumber and peppers is available.
Seafood Twist: The Crab salad with lettuce, avocado, spring onions and cherry tomatoes is a refreshing, protein-rich option.
Traditional: A classic Greek salad is available, and for those who love greens, a Boiled greens and vegetable variety with lemon olive oil sauce.
The name “To Psaraki” literally translates to “The Little Fish,” but the flavors are big.
You can’t get fresher fish than this. Every morning, when the boats arrive at the marina, we eagerly await the opportunity to select the freshest catch—a benefit of our strategic location right where the fishermen anchor. However, we must confess that occasionally, the seagulls outpace us in speed.
Premium Catches: Lobster & Bluefin Tuna Slice.
Local Favorites: You can find Red Mullets, White Sea Bream (Sargos), and Red Snapper (Fagri).
Large Fish: For larger groups, Grouper (Rofos) or Amberjack (Magiatiko) are excellent choices.
Other Varieties: White Grouper (Sfirida), Scorpion fish, and John Dory (Christopsaro).
Value Options: Mediterranean Barracuda (Loutsos), Sea Bass XL, and Gilthead seabream XL (Tsipoura).
What we serve each day depends on the sea’s generosity and the fishermen’s morning catch.
Fish soup made with all the sea treasures, celery root, and vegetables.
Seafood and pasta have a timeless love story, and we bring them together in perfect harmony to create dishes that carry the aroma of the sea and the warmth of home.
Because every Cycladic story deserves a beautiful
finish
Greek Yogurt Ritual
Thick Greek yoghurt, layered with nuts, pure thyme honey, and traditional spoon sweets, offers a clean, honest Greek taste.
Hellenic Favorites
We proudly offer signature classics such as Portokalopita and warm Chocolate pie, both made fresh daily in our kitchen.
Pastry Dreams
Lightweight, playful creations. Broken mille-feuille, silky lemon cream, and brûléed custard with a golden crack.
While seafood is the star, To Psaraki caters to everyone.
